Seeking Sales Support Specialist

Our industry leading solution helps grocers track and prevent an average of 50-55% of that expired loss annually. The success in the grocery industry has since led us to expand into healthcare for improved management of facility supplies and medical device expiration dates.

The company has also leveraged strong customer relationships into the development of a second retail solution known as Taskle for efficient, mobile task management and auditing; however, this position will focus almost exclusively on Date Check Pro.

About the position:

Our CEO leads all company sales efforts today, with the vast majority of leads coming through marketing channels. As our company and sales pipeline grow, we need a resource to support our CEO with day-to-day sales activities.

This role will focus heavily on activities such as meeting scheduling, proposal and sales deck prep, and research into target accounts. You will also work directly with the CEO to develop and execute outbound call and email campaigns, and with our various marketing channels to assist in a seamless lead handoff between marketing and sales.

  • Assist with sales proposal and presentation deck prep
  • Manage, add to, and perform quality control checks on a lead database
  • Leverage social platforms to gain insights into target accounts
  • Document the existing sales process
  • Support marketing campaigns with cold calls/emails/social outreach
  • Work with marketing to implement lost lead email drip campaigns
  • Generate monthly/quarterly reports from CRM
  • Attend sales meetings and occasional tradeshows – 10-20% travel
